Mecfor Inc. acquires Brochot’s intellectual property

Until recently, Brochot specialised in the design and manufacturing of equipment for various metal industries, in particular primary aluminium smelters worldwide.

Following the acquisition process that began in February, the order for the transfer of intangible assets to Mecfor Inc. was handed down on June 2nd by the Bobigny commercial court in France.

Mecfor Inc. is taking control effective immediately and will be in a position to supply equipment, technical support, replacement parts, and service for Brochot products worldwide in accordance with Mecfor’s high quality standards.
